"Oracle Error in CTX_Query.result_set" Error When Performing Search as Non-Admin User with Collaboration Manager (Doc ID 748558.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

On installing the Oracle Text Search component with Collaboration manager and doing a standard search as non admin user would lead to the following error:

Content Server Request
Unable to retrieve search results. Error generated when executing query
'(((({HR} WITHIN dSecurityGroup) or ({Public} WITHIN dSecurityGroup)) or (({Projects} Within dSecurityGroup)) and (((%&test(R%) WITHIN xClbraUserList) or ((%@XXXX(R%) WITHIN xClbraAliasList)))) and (({test} WITHIN dDocAccount) or ((XXXXX%) WITHIN dDEocAccount) or ((XXX%) WITHIN dDocAccount) or ((prj%) WITHIN dDocAccount)))'.
Unable to execute query 'XXXXXXX'.
