java.lang.NullPointerException: When Searching User Groups in OIM After Applying New Patch (Doc ID 749986.1)

-- Problem Statement:

After applying the OIM 9.1 BP 02 <Patch 7368324> we are not able search User Groups in OIM. The browser shows a HTTP 500: Internal Server Error and the log has following error:

-- Steps To Reproduce:

1) Apply OIM 9.1 BP 02 patch to existing OIM 9.1.0 installation.

2) Login to the OIM admin console.

3) Go to User Groups -> Manage and Search.
