The  file $ORACLE_HOME\opmn\logs\oc4j-oc4j-bi_forms~default_island~1.log is growing quite large in size (several GIG's). Even after deleting it, it will grow to this size after a few days of the forms application being used.

On inspection of file, a lot of trace or debug information besides the normal start and stop information. As per the example below.
