EBS Client Hangs After Implementing an IPM Integration with Master Logging Turned On

When IPM integration calls are placed in the Custom.Pll (within the EBS system), the AP workbench fails to load. There is no error, however, the client will hang and all open sessions of the EBS client must be terminated and restarted.
Removing code from the Custom.pll or turning off the Master Logging will make the affected EBS client form function again.
