Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:
When provisioning to Active Directory using OIM AD connector, an LDAP 32 exception is thrown if the there is special character like hyphen (-) in the Root Context value of the AD IT resource. Below is the exception seen in the log:

-- Steps To Reproduce:
- Install the OIM AD base connector version 9.1.0
- Upgrade the Connector to OIM 9.1.0.1 version using <Patch 7553764>
- Provision a user from OIM to AD.
