Need To Trigger Group Membership Rule For Existing Users in OIM (Doc ID 751273.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:

After creating new Access Policies based on Groups that are populated by rules, need to trigger  the auto group membership for existing users. Currently the matching rules are evaluated on any record
update.

-- Steps To Reproduce:

Create a new rule to populate a new group that is the basis of a new access policy. The rule does
not trigger for existing users without some kind of update transaction running against their account.
