Symptoms

The issue concerns the differences in the Datastore names generated by the ODI XML Driver between the memory engine and the External Database feature to reverse engineer a DTD or XSD file.

This poses a problem for developers who must modify the Integration Interface in order to go from one mode to another.

What is the origin of the differences and is there a way of forcing the ODI XML Driver to ensure that the Datastore name and Column names are identical ?
