After performing the upgrade to Portal 10.1.4.2.0 using the Application Server 10.1.2.3 patch and upgrading the stand alone Metadata Repository to version 11, Web Cache Invalidation from Portal no longer works. | The error WWC-40019 is generated when making any page change which will generate a cache invalidation message to Web Cache such as editing the page content or structure. In addition the following error will occur if an attempt is made to personalize the page. Internal error (WWC-00006) Unexpected error encountered in wwptl_fapp.show_edit_list (ORA-29273: HTTP request failed ORA-06512: at "SYS.UTL_HTTP", line 1674 ORA-24247: network access denied by access control list (ACL)) (WWC-41417) The system failed to retrieve the necessary HTTP request to the SSO Server.
