Symptoms
After install of the Content Server on Linux with Apache when trying to access the Content Server
browser interface this error occurs:
Forbidden
You don't have permissions to access /idc on this server.
Additionally a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle
the request.
Apache/2.0.52 (Red Hat) Server at xxxxxx.xxx.edu.xx Port 80
