Goal

Provide solution to resolve the “Oracle SSO Failure - Unable to Process Request” error.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. In a new browser session enter the URL that is having the issue:
This brings up the SSO login page
2. Enter the username/password and press enter, which returns the following error:

Oracle SSO Failure - Unable to process request
Either the requested URL was not specified in terms of a fully-qualified host
name or OHS single sign-on is incorrectly configured.
Please notify your administrator
