Error In Logs Even With All Components Disabled (Doc ID 752511.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.


After disabling all components on the Content Server (both custom and standard), the following error is still displayed in the Content Server log files:

Unable to validate security for resource 'COMMON'. The result set 'FILE_DOC_INFO' was not found or is empty.
