When attempting to start Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) after an upgrade to 9.1 from version 22.214.171.124, the following error occurs on one of the nodes and when connected to that node, logging in to the Admin Console does not work:
The Configkey.key file became corrupt on one of the nodes.
