Symptoms

Encountering HTTP-400 errors in the browser when editing provider components in Oracle Portal:

400 Bad Request
Unable to process request. Please check the log file for more details.


Following message is logged in the Portal application.log file:

portal: [module=RepositoryServlet, ecid=84057206550,1] ERROR: Repository Gateway error: Request
Processing Error: Signature Mismatch or Missing '='


Apache.log, shows:
