"Unable to Create New Directory" Error During Checkin (Doc ID 754730.1)

Symptoms

During a new check in when the dDocAccount field must create more than 5 folders levels in the weblayout directory, I get the error listed below. If I check in a file with the account "a001/b001/c001/d001/e001" first and then check in a file with account "a001/b001/c001/d001/e001/f001", I don't get this error.
