Goal
You are running Content Server on a Microsoft Windows machine. Content Server starts successfully as an application when you run IdcServer.exe from the <Content_Server>\bin directory. However, when you try to start Content Server as a service (either from the Windows Services console or through the Content Server Admin Server), Content Server fails to start.
