Underscore In Search String Does Not Work With Oracle Text Search (Doc ID 755008.1)

Symptoms

While searching UCM, underscore does not work as expected with Oracle Text Search (11g) indexing.

' _ ' in Search string such as dDocAccount contains 'TEST_' it does not return the expected results.  Removing the '_' does return the expected results.

Some or all of the following errors will be seen in the Content Server logs when this issue occurs:
DRG-50857: oracle error in ctx_query.result_set
ORA-20000: Oracle Text error:
DRG-51030: wildcard query expansion resulted in too many terms.
