Symptoms
Oracle Application Server 10g or SOA 10g Release 3 (10.1.3) Application Server Control page is not accessible at the http://hostname.domainname:port/em location. An error is displayed in the browser, which may be different depending on the browser vendor and version:
Not Found
The requested URL /em was not found on this server.
or
HTTP 404 Not Found
or
Page Cannot Be Found
Observed an error in the OH/Apache/Apache/logs/error_log indicating it was looking for /em under the OH/Apache/Apache/config/httpd.conf DocumentRoot location, and reporting it is not found:
