Not Able to Send SMS Or Voice Notifications From Human WorkFlow (Doc ID 758477.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

When you try to send  SMS or Voice notifications using Human WorkFlow, you will receive the below

exception in  default_group~oc4j_soa~default_group~1.log
