Symptoms
After integrating a Standalone Reports Server with OPMN, while starting the Reports Server using the following command :
opmnctl startproc ias-component=<rep_server>
the following error is encountered :
Error
--> Process (pid=19007)
failed to start a managed process after the maximum retry limit
Log:
<Oracle_Home>/opmn/logs/<rep_server>~ReportsServer~<rep_server>~1
