Error 20054 when Removing Batch Entries from Oracle Document Capture

Goal

Removing batch entries that no longer have a corresponding batch folder in the Capture batches directory.  The common error message associated when attempting to open a batch is:

Error 20054

The following error occurred while attempting to lock the batch.

[Cannot lock a batch before it has been persisted.  The batch may also have been deleted by another user]
