Symptoms
Following are the facts associated to this known issue:
+ You are configuring External Ldap Provider this could be Iplanet or MS Active Directory with OAS10.1.2.3
+ Followed the steps as mentioned in <Doc:352036.1> to configure
+ The same setup worked in the previous version like 10.1.2.2, the problem is noted only after upgrading to 10.1.2.3 .
+ Works fine in Standalone OC4J and OAS 10.1.2.3 on windows.
+ While running the protected application , it continuously ask for userid/password
( in spite of giving correct one ) and finally 401 Unauthorized user is returned on the screen / Browser
