User-Agent HTTP Header Property Gets Wrongly Concatenated and not Overridden (Doc ID 760750.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

You set the User-Agent property value of the HTTP Header in the BPEL invoke activity via JDeveloper. Now, you deploy and initiate the BPEL process. When you monitor the HTTP Header, the value of User-Agent gets concatenated with 'Oracle HTTP Client Version 10h'.
