RuntimeException Connecting to the Container from an OC4J Startup Class Using JMX (Doc ID 761274.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

When using a JMX service URL as follows from an OC4J startup class the following error occurs at startup time in the OPMN log file.
