OWB Process Flow Activities are Executed in Incorrect Order or Skipped during Process Flow Execution (Doc ID 761975.1)

Symptoms

When executing a Process Flow, the activities are skipped or not executed in the order as specified in the Process Flow.

When such a Process Flow is generated from the Process Flow Editor, some Transitions may be missing in the XML output.

Additional symptoms are: Process Flow stalls/never ends/stays in Busy status.

Changes

This behavior is not systematic and can be caused by adding/deleting/rearranging activities in the editor.
