Symptoms

The customer has two OID+SSO installations running with two-way LDAP replication.

Originally both installations were working but now login to OIDDAS on one node http://<SSO_NODE1_HTTP_SERVERNAME>:<HTTP_PORT> is failing.

After submitting valid credentials SSO returns 'Internal Server Error' on the redisplayed login page.

Login to the other node http://<SSO_NODE2_HTTP_SERVERNAME>:<HTTP_PORT>/oiddas is successful.

The following documentation was followed to configure the environment:

Oracle Internet Directory Administrator's Guide10g (10.1.4.0.1)
30.4.3 Installing and Configuring a One-Way or Two-Way LDAP Replica with Default Settings

The following section to avoid DAS/SSO issues in an ldap-replicated environment using Default Settings was definitely completed:

30.4.4.1.8 Task 8: If DAS or SSO Are Installed on the New Node, Restore Their Entries in the New Node's Directory
