Starting Content Server As A Windows Service Takes a Long Time (Doc ID 764463.1)

Purpose

- Starting the WCC Content Server (UCM) as a Windows Service takes a lot of time and fails as the service fails to handle it.
- If the server is started normally through command line, it takes(minimum 10 minutes) to start .  The Server somehow startsup ,but it takes a long time.
