Goal

ISSUE:
A customer recently inquired as to why certain transactions appeared to hang around in the GTT, even though they had
been aborted. Specifically, he wrote a program that entered a loop doing tpbegin()'s followed by tpabort()'s. He
discovered that he could only do MAXGTT tpabort()'s before he could no longer issue any more.
