ISSUE:
When trying to compile a view using the BEA TUXEDO WS viewc one often ends up with no compiled view object and
messages that resemble "Bad command or filename". It is important that the view object created is in the
correct format otherwise use of views in a TPCALL could fail with an invalid parameter -0 length.
