ISSUE:
In an application server written with Tuxedo, cout and cerr do not write to their respective stdout and stderr.

DESCRIPTION:
In an application server written with Tuxedo, cout and cerr do not write to their respective stdout and stderr.

Using fprintf to stderr and stdout works.
Note : Specifying the server CLOPT options "-e filename" and "-o filename" does not work for cout and cerr.
