ISSUE:
SGI IRIX systems refusing /WS clients connections.

DESCRIPTION:
On SGI IRIX systems, you may get a condition where you cannot connect anymore 
/WS client and some network related Tuxedo processes are reporting errors such as:

WSL: ERROR: Network error (2) servicing network event.
WSH: ERROR: Failed to process network event.
