Shared Memory based statistics accuracy may influence the load balancing.

By default, the shared memory based statistics accuracy is set to approximate ( tmadmin sstats command).
Such level reduce shared memory contention thus improves performance but may lead to some inaccuracies in SHM mode when there is a large number of clients.
Such inaccuracies manifest by either some of the work queued (Wk Queued) or the number of service requests queued (# Queued) to be incorrect.
It may happen that tmadmin/pq still reports some work queued even after all the clients went away. Such inaccuracy may, of course, have an impact on load balancing in SHM mode.
