Goal

DESCRIPTION:

VMS Clients using MRS and Group down so messages are logged (saf) locally, services lose messages when using PAMS_EXIT
and then re-attach.  When use detach, but client left up and then attach, the messages are not lost.
If using pams_exit, and then attach there is a problem
