RP/TUX 8.0 - Interoperability problem between Tuxedo 8 and WLE 5.1. (Doc ID 768523.1)

During interoperability testing between Tuxedo 8.0 and WLE 5.1 the following problem was identified:
1. We used simpapp as the application to verify basic interoperability between Tuxedo 8 and WLE 5.1
2. The application was configured to use the TUX 8.0 machine as the Master and the WLE 5.1 machine as the non-master. 
3. The Simpapp_server was running on the non-master. 
4. We ran the client in Native and IIOP mode on both the Master and the Non-master machines during the verification.
5. We determined that the following matrix represents the results of the verification:

6. When the client was executed, it would prompt the user for a string, but fail with the following error:
