Goal

When accessing the Domain MIB, a MIB access error occurs when connecting to the remote domain. A DMADM error also
occurs.

131524.lchp12!DMADM.29119.1.0: CMDGW_CAT:2046: ERROR: Failed to perform dynamic reconfiguration of the application
131524.lchp12!server.29122.1.0: TEST_TOOL: ERROR: TPESVCFAIL - application level service failure
131524.lchp12!server.29122.1.0: TEST_TOOL: ERROR: CMDGW_CAT:3478: ERROR: TA_DMLACCESSPOINT: Invalid value.

In the server code involved, it is attempting to do the following:

1) Add a remote domain
2) Connect the remote domain
3) Inactivate the Domain Group
4) Delete the remote domain
5) Activate the Domain group
6) Add the remote domain again.
7) Connect the remote domain again. This is where TPESVCFAIL and DMADM errors occur.
