Tuxedo 6.5 - WSL does not want to boot and returns WSNAT 1076 (Doc ID 769090.1)

Last updated on NOVEMBER 04, 2016

Applies to:

Oracle Tuxedo / Tuxedo / 6.5
Information in this document applies to any platform

Goal

On the Tru64 platform (forlmerly Digital Unix OSF/1), the WSL process may refuse to start and log the WSNAT 1076 error.

This is due to the fact that the IPC parameter shmi-min might be set too high and prevent the WSL process from
allocating a small shared memory segment that it needs to communicate with the handlers (WSH).
