Goal
On the Tru64 platform (forlmerly Digital Unix OSF/1), the WSL process may refuse to start and log the WSNAT 1076 error. This is due to the fact that the IPC parameter shmi-min might be set too high and prevent the WSL process from allocating a small shared memory segment that it needs to communicate with the handlers (WSH).
