Goal

Jolt 1.2 server doesn't clean up connections in the event of a network error that doesn't send events that would
cause the connections to be cleaned up.  The -T option cannot be used because this causes the session pools to close
after -T is reached.  Keepalive function will allow Jolt to clean up these stale connections.
