Goal

Initial Rcv Byte Quota of Que 701 (DLP_PLT_LCD) is 1000000.  After 19 days, since group 1001 was started, Rcv Byte
Quota remains only at 500288 bytes, even though Memory and MRS messages show a zero. This problem may cause an
EXCEEDQUOTA problem.
