VERSION: 7.1, 8.0
ISSUE: When booting multithreaded tuxedo servers with user parameters, several errors like this appear in stderr:

            upperserv: illegal option -- w

These errors are not consistent. Sometimes there are just one or two, sometimes there are many more. It does not seem
to affect functionality. The parameters are still passed successfully to tpsvrinit(). On solaris, a core file is also
generated from the booting process, but it does not happen consistently. The stack trace of the core reads:

            detected a multithreaded program
t@18 (l@11) terminated by signal SEGV (no mapping at the fault address)
            (dbx) where
