Goal

If a server is in the same group as the TMQUEUE and TMQFORWARD, i.e. running with the /Q RM libraries and openinfo, it
is not possible to start a transaction. tpbegin() will complain and cause the following messages to be displayed:
Q_CAT:1354: ERROR: xa_start - queue space for rmid 0 not defined or not open
LIBTUX_CAT:1384: ERROR: xa_start flags 0 returned XAER_PROTO
