tmadmin reports that messages exist in the queue when service timeouts occur, these are stale messages that are not being cleaned up. ipcs -qa doesn't report any messages in the queues. The behavior is causing some problems for the customer when using SNMP to manage the application. Note from the customer: "After svctimeout has occurred queued messages remain in queue. If you look at O/S queuing doesn't exist, but from tmadmin queued messages are maintained. Normally, doesn't cause a problem, except when snmp traps are generated, because queue doesn't empty and threshold has been reached."
