Goal

When running a Java client from WTC 1.0 calling a Tuxedo 6.5 Service, the following error occurs: 
tperrno encountered:TPENONT<6>:0:0:TPED_MINVAL<0>:QMNONE<0>:0:Could not get a Tuxedo session
