Goal

Product:  MessageQ, V4.0A and V5.0
Operating System:  OpenVMS (all supported platforms)

When applying a client patch, if the server and client are installed in the same directory, the client patches do not
get relinked automatically.  This is done if it is a client only install or if the client is installed on a separate
directory.
