Goal

Problem with using the Fget32() and Fchg32() functions using FLDOCC32 on 64bit Solaris.

This was observed in Tux 7.1 and Tux 8.0 on Solaris 64bit.

The errors observed were that when the FML functions returned TA_OCCURS was not valued properly and nothing could be displayed properly from the FML buffer.
