Goal

Product:  Tuxedo 7.1 RP179
Platform:  HP-UX 11.0 32-bit (server side), Windows 2000 (client side)

Problem:  When using THREAD notification (by setting TPU_THREAD in flags for tpinit()), some messages are being lost
on the client side.
