Goal

The problem was found in WLE 5.1 RP130 on Red Hat 6.2 platform.  When a CORBA server is running in PROTECTED mode, it
will core and print a LIBTUX_CAT:1200 error message in ULOG during tmshutdown or rebouncing. This issue applies to all
 platforms and to all WLE 5.1 and TUX 8.0 or above releases.
