JRockit 7.0 - JRockit client fails when using TIBCO JMS server (Doc ID 771964.1)

Goal

JRockit 7.0 - 1.3.1 - RH 7.2
When using JRockit java client to create adminstered objects (topic/queue) in a TIBCO JMS server in a loop, the client
fails with the following exception after a few iterations.

javax.naming.ServiceUnavailableException: Failed to query JNDI: Failed to connect to the server at
tcp://172.17.24.220:7222.  Root exception is javax.jms.JMSException: Failed to connect to the server at
