RP/TUX 6.5, TUX 6.51 - OpenVMS Allow logical values >1500 (Doc ID 772564.1)

Goal

Product: Tuxedo 6.5 for OpenVMS-RP328
Operating System: OpenVMS, 7.2-1

On Tuxedo for OpenVMS, the logicals are decrypted into a block of memory 1500 bytes long. If the total length of all
the logical values is more than 1500, we have a problem with Tuxedo cutting them off at the max value.

For example, VIEWFILES32 logical is greater than 1500, in the range of 2500 characters. We need this limit to be
increased to accomodate the larger logical.
