Goal

During unit testing of the Fboolco/Fboolev functions. The following fails for strings:
 ----- Checking regular exps -----
( ( '0' ) %% ( 'RE' ) ) 

Fboolco: 537046664  Ferror: 0, '0' %% '[02]'
Fboolev: 0  Ferror: 0          ----------> Fboolev should return 1
( ( '1' ) %% ( 'RE' ) ) 

Fboolco: 537046840  Ferror: 0, '1' %% '[02]'
Fboolev: 0  Ferror: 0
( ( '2' ) %% ( 'RE' ) ) 

Fboolco: 537047016  Ferror: 0, '2' %% '[02]'
Fboolev: 0  Ferror: 0          ----------> Fboolev should return 1
