RP/TUX 8.0, TUX 8.1 - ACLs are blocking the call to custom Authentication Service

Goal

When configuring Tuxedo UBBCONFIG RESOURCES section with:

*RESOURCES
SECURITY MANDATORY_ACL
AUTHSVC  scDAuthXXX00

*SERVERS
scAuthXXX SRVGRP=GROUP1 SRVID=1 CLOPT="-A"

tpusr, tpacl, tpgrp have correct entries

using ud32 -U to test with a call to the .TMIB

Results in ULOG message:
LIBTUX_CAT:6309: WARN: Access control violation - unknown user on simple tried to access SERVICE scDAuthXXX00

Subsequently, all access to Tuxedo failed because it could not establish security context.
