Goal

In lnm$process_directory, When lnm$file_dev ( Logical name table search order ) is defined in lowercase, executing
dmq$set_lnm_table.com does not update lnm$file_dev with dmq$lnm_tbl. When lnm$file_dev is defined in uppercase
dmq$lnm_tbl gets defined properly in lnm$file_dev.
